Bio
Amze Emmons is a multi-disciplinary artist, curator, and arts writer based in Philadelphia, PA. Born in rural upstate New York, he received a BFA Ohio Wesleyan University. He went on to receive his MA and MFA from the University of Iowa. He has received numerous awards for his art work, which is exhibited both nationally and internationally. Emmons is also a co-founder and contributor of the popular art blog, Printeresting.org.
He has taught art at The College of New Jersey, Muhlenberg College, The University of Iowa, and The University of Vermont.
